We offer a non face-to-face service, supporting you remotely while staying connected through phone, email, and our online portal — no matter where you’re located.
Yes, you can change Plan Managers at any time if you’re not happy with your current service. We can help make the switch simple and stress-free, including handling the changeover process for you.
Plan Management is fully funded by the NDIS, with no out-of-pocket cost to you. The NDIS provides additional funding under the Choice and Control category of your plan to cover plan management fees, so you don’t need to pay anything yourself.
A Plan Manager helps manage the financial side of your NDIS plan, including paying invoices, tracking your budget, and providing financial reports. A Support Coordinator helps you understand and implement your plan, connects you with service providers, and supports you to build skills and independence.
