Growing up with a brother who has Down syndrome, living with different abilities was simply my “normal”. My brother — a cheeky larrikin who loves unconditionally — taught me more than I can say.
From an early age I saw the gaps in accessing the right supports, and the impact this had on his wellbeing. What began as advocacy for my brother grew into a passion for our whole community.
I see Plan Management as a practical way to reduce unnecessary barriers — because living with a disability shouldn’t mean living with unnecessary stress.

NDIS Plan Management helps participants manage the financial aspects of their NDIS plans, including paying invoices, tracking budgets, and providing clear financial reports. We offer a non face-to-face service, supporting you remotely while staying connected through phone, email, and our online portal — no matter where you’re located.

Yes, you can change Plan Managers at any time if you’re not happy with your current service. We can help make the switch simple and stress-free, including handling the changeover process for you.

Plan Management is fully funded by the NDIS, with no out-of-pocket cost to you. The NDIS provides additional funding under the Choice and Control category of your plan to cover plan management fees, so you don’t need to pay anything yourself.

A Plan Manager helps manage the financial side of your NDIS plan, including paying invoices, tracking your budget, and providing financial reports. A Support Coordinator helps you understand and implement your plan, connects you with service providers, and supports you to build skills and independence. Both roles are different, but they often work together to support you.
