We started PMP because we needed it ourselves.
Growing up with a brother who has Down syndrome, living with different abilities was simply my "normal". My brother — a cheeky larrikin who loves unconditionally — taught me more than I can say.
From an early age I saw the gaps in accessing the right supports, and the impact this had on his wellbeing. What began as advocacy for my brother grew into a passion for our whole community.
With qualifications and years of experience in business and accounting, I founded PMP to bring those two worlds together — lived experience of the NDIS, paired with the numbers, systems and rigour to run plan management properly.
I see Plan Management as a practical way to reduce unnecessary barriers — because living with a disability shouldn't mean living with unnecessary stress.
